The State Fair of Texas

After our outing at the Texas A&M Commerce game, all the Berry's stayed for an evening at the Fair. Landon, Katy Beth and Tate rode rides, played in fun houses and we all indulged in "fair food". You know - corny dogs and funnel cakes.

A game at the Cotton Bowl

Erik's college football - Texas A&M Commerce - team played at the Cotton Bowl this weekend so we got our Lions gear on and headed to the game. We had a great time...Tate even got some autographs at the end of the game.

Flower Mound Pumpkin Patch

Mrs. Anderson - Tate's First Grade Teacher - coordinated a family outing at the Pumpkin Patch. We had a snack (of course), picked out pumpkins, took a hay ride and the kids played in the mazes made of hay bales. Erik even stole a kiss from his "girl" - check it out! Can you say Priceless...

Hook 'em Horns

The Berry's are HUGE Texas Longhorn fans (Popi is an alumni) so the kids have no choice than to support the team as well. As yesterday was the big Texas vs. OU rivalry game (Congrats to the Longhorns on their big win!) Landon and Peyton were all decked out. Check out P cutting her eyes at her cousin Landon.
And yes, they do have token Baylor Bear attire that we bust out at some strategic moments. Lets just say that during football season it's a bit challenging to be a BU fan.

A Model in the Making....

I don't think that anyone can argue that this child knows how to work the camera. Must come from years of it being in his face. And I promise...that isn't a real train in the background. We're not into extreme sports - at least for our kids.

Peyton Turns 2!

The Family gathered to celebrate Peyton's second birthday. It was a pretty typical Saturday for our household and began with gymnastics, a Rockhound baseball game and then home for hamburgers and cupcakes. I think the highlight was the Mickey Mouse (aka "mouse") balloon her daddy bought her.
